It was there when I studied sustainable architecture, poring over design theories that reconciled function and beauty. It was there when I fostered close relationships with my advertising and analytics clients, putting myself in their shoes to solve murky business problems. And as a designer, it’s in everything I do - from how I present concepts as a story, to how I consider every possible user path, to how I thoughtfully maintain stakeholder relationships and structure design documents. I love being focused on design, both in collaborating as part of a thriving design team, and in honing my own craft through constant learning. I’m always searching for that sweet spot between process and flexible design practices. And I find meaning and purpose in creating experiences that transcend function to bring users joy. I advocated for and established a UX design practice, which included internal evangelism, defining process, obtaining funding, and setting research foundations. Among other high impact projects, I designed the UX of Cuebiq’s first ETL product in Q1 of 2021. ### Customer Success Manager @ Cuebiq Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco Bay Area I grew key accounts through product expertise and empathetic, user-oriented relationship management.
