I’m a human-centered designer interested in how design can make technology more inclusive, accessible, and meaningful for the people who use it. My interest in design comes from wanting to understand how digital spaces shape real opportunities, and how thoughtful design can make those spaces easier and more equitable to navigate.

I studied American Studies at UC Berkeley with a concentration in design for social innovation, where I became especially interested in accessibility and user-centered design. While working with the Division of Equity and Inclusion, I helped manage website content, support accessibility improvements, and analyze engagement data. That experience showed me how design decisions directly affect how people are able to access information and navigate digital spaces.

I’m currently a Data Analytics Fellow with COOP, where I’m expanding my technical skills in Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, Python, and Excel. I’m especially interested in using data to better understand how people interact with digital platforms and turning those insights into design improvements that are both practical and inclusive.

I’m currently looking for opportunities where I can continue growing as a human-centered designer while contributing to inclusive, accessible, and data-informed digital experiences.

### Communications Intern @ Division of Equity & Inclusion, UC Berkeley

- Manage and update website content using graphic design and accessibility best practices, improving user engagement by 250% from 2024 to 2025
- Implement accessibility improvements (alt text, visual hierarchy, content structure) across 164 webpages to support inclusive user experiences, adding alt text to 2226 images and  945 videos
- Analyze website and social media performance data to produce monthly, semesterly, and yearly reports for stakeholders and leadership teams

-Achieved a following of 23k followers on Instagram, which allowed me to gain new customers
-Created TikTok videos about current inventory and vintage clothing items to engage prospective clients

- End-to-end research strategy for a global digital literacy initiative, scoping across 3 regions (SEA, MENA, Latin America), 3 industries (electronics, garments, agriculture), and 3 supply chain business lanes (manufacturing, logistics, retail).
- Conducted mixed-methods research synthesizing dashboard analytics, peer-reviewed academic literature, and 10 user interviews. 
- Applied affinity mapping and analysis to identify updated digital literacy levels and capability patterns, marking the first major update to the company's user understanding since 2014.
