Improved current flows and redesigned the Groups feature for MyPlace, a homesharing social web platform, in networking, searching, creating, and joining groups, to drive feature adoption and engagement.
Designed user-centered interfaces for new features to align with user needs and business goals, through user research, wireframing, and prototyping, with proficiency in identifying market trends through competitor analysis, user flow analysis and creating engaging user journeys.
Organized and structured complex information, sitemaps, and user flows to create seamless and intuitive navigation experiences and enhance overall usability.
Participated and collaborated in weekly sprints with fellow designers, effectively balancing knowledge and positivity to meet project milestones and objectives.
Produced visually appealing and functional UI designs using industry-standard design tools, such as Figma, integrating the existing style guide to ensure consistent branding across the product.
Completed an immersive program on Design Systems; worked through a case study of Allbirds’ Design System using Figma and Notion for documentation and scaling the system with foundations, components, and patterns, including design tokens and system variants.

With the consumer shopping journey in mind, galvanized our small but mighty Creative Marketing team of five, in Graphic Design, Email, Social Media, Influencer and PR, to implement brand campaigns across digital online and retail experiences. Drove a 172% YoY increase in total annual revenue of Ecommerce, in partnership with VP of Marketing and Head of Ecommerce. Achieved 205% YoY revenue growth from top performing channels including referrals and email marketing. Spearheaded JINS new SMS marketing program, driving over $120k in sales, within it's first 6 months. Spearheaded a product marketing campaign launching a new Virtual Try On feature on web and mobile, resulting in a 16% increase in AOV within its first month of launch.
Worked closely with teams spanning across: Ecommerce and Product Development, Merchandising, Store Operations and Logistics, and Finance Accounting. With strong project management, I worked with cross-functional teams to develop, strategize, and successfully implement go-to-market product marketing initiatives. Presented strategies for buy-in from stakeholders including, JINS US President and VP of Marketing.
Launched major global brand partnership experiences, including Pokémon, Bose, NIGO, and Verdy. Led art direction and photoshoots for JINS' website, digital marketing assets, social channels, and visual merchandising displays.

Developed and executed a seasonal campaign calendar, which drove brand awareness and engagement. Led Marketing team to establish 360 marketing plans including in-store (windows, fixtures, collateral), digital (web, email, social), and media (press, influencers, events). Spearheaded the "JINS Designed By" influencer initiative, from collaborating with the product design and merchandising teams, to go-to-market launch via website, social media, email, and live events. Produced shoots for content creation to support social media and digital marketing campaigns.
