Continued the development of a Mobile Health Kiosk System for low-resource settings, under Dr. Rich Fletcher. This system was created using Drupal, a content management system written in PHP, for which I developed a new custom module that allows for integration with Tropo in order to send/receive calls and texts. I also extended the functionality of the site to coordinate with Google Calendar and display more information.

I measured and analyzed the lead concentrations and lead isotope ratios in Singapore tap water as part of the Singapore MIT Undergraduate Research Fellowship (SMURF). This research was conducted over the summer in the Center for Environmental Sensing & Modeling (CENSAM) under Dr. Ed Boyle.

I conducted research in optics in the Laser Teaching Center under Dr. John Noé through the Simons Summer Research Program, in which I designed and constructed an inexpensive setup of optical tweezers and used it to measure trapping forces on microscopic particles.

I also had the opportunity to present my research during the annual Optical Society of America's FiO/LS Conference in Orlando in 2013 at the undergraduate research poster session as a high school student.
