Designed a mobile version of Create for cross-platform compatibility. Rapid experimentation on free trial and acquisition strategies for the SSTK Marketplace.

Leading program design for Chase Digital's internal research & development fund, working with line of business stakeholders across the organization to create rapid experience prototypes, validate concepts, iterate, work with delivery teams, rinse and repeat.

Crafted the brand story and led visual design initiatives for Finn by Chase, JPMC's all-mobile bank. Finn provided customers with the tools to pave their own way to success, harnessing the connection between emotions and money to help make more educated, meaningful financial decisions.

Strategized, concepted, and executed multi-platform digital designs for clients spanning a wide gamut of industries including real estate, healthcare, insurance, and human resources management. Collaborated with teammates across information architecture, strategy, and development to produce effective and engaging marketing sites and intranets. Lead presentations as design expert, empathizing with client needs to solve visual problems and build relationships.

Created the visual brand and web product design for Tentrr, the nation's largest network of privately-owned campsites. Acted as designer for both UX and UI, creating sketches, wireframes, high-res comps and assets for web and mobile. Collaborated with product, development and management to iterate on product strategy and design work.

Designed site-wide content templates for the complete digital overhaul of a major state utility website. Concepted and designed high-level pitch materials for omni-channel retail concepts. Researched, strategized and designed visual solutions for a major pharmacy retailer's customer analytics platform. Participated in template design for studio branding overhaul and other marketing initiatives.

As part of PayPal Media Network's User Experience team, I created brand advertisements and landing pages for PPMN, formerly WHEREAds, one of North America's largest location-based advertising networks. I concepted and designed branded experiences for mobile, tablet and web.

I also worked on marketing design for print and web, as well as branding initiatives, presentations, pitches and marketing collateral. I created documentation on advertising design best practices for mobile and tablet.

In addition, I managed the Boston UX team workload, delegated projects, and coordinated jobs with ad operations and developers in daily scrum meetings.

I oversaw the production of creative marketing projects in the K-5 math discipline, including brochures, flyers, posters and sample packs for educators. My workload often exceeded 100 individual projects, which I managed from inception to completion.

I worked with Marketing and Campaign Directors nationwide, as well as graphic designers and print vendors. I organized meetings and ensured that all project specifications and deadlines were clear among all teams involved. I also assisted with design work as needed.

I designed posters, flyers, signage and brochures for Boston College faculty and staff. My primary project was designing all collateral for the annual Boston College Arts Festival, including creating a retrospective poster exhibition highlighting each year of the Festival to commemorate the 10th anniversary in 2008. That year, the festival was attended by 14,500 community members, and the poster exhibition continues to be updated and displayed each year.

I interfaced with faculty and staff to brainstorm design concepts. I also acted as department supervisor when the manager was not present, consulted clients and kept track of all jobs in progress.
