• Redesign the home, about, and services pages of the agency website (responsive website) to increase student and client engagement.

• Collaborate with researchers and designers to analyze user flows and determine the information architecture of the home and about pages.

• Work with content writers to ensure that the website layout works well with the copy and helps users complete key tasks.

• Present designs and research insights to our agency president and engineers.
