· Redesigned a luxury travel subscription's web app search and merchandising experience with high fidelity prototypes for three breakpoints by conducting user research, leading stakeholder ideation workshops, designing new components for their brand library and validating design concepts
· Conducted a 5 week research project for a Fortune 100 financial company to recommend future state system and process solutions. Research included over 20 user & stakeholder interviews, stakeholder workshops, 2 day in the life ethnography sessions. Our research yielded 3 personas, a day in the life journey map, multiple task analyses for complex financial processes, and a recommendations/findings compilation.
· Redesigned an application for a medical device company that ingests sensor data from a surgical robot and analyzes that data to identify the root causes of errors for service engineers. I worked closely with engineers and product managers to write epics and user stories while developing a streamlined color system & UI pattern for identifying classes of errors.
· Currently identifying and designing Salesforce and homegrown solutions for optimizing incentives and enrollment processes for centralized sales team reps & operations for a major financial company
