Led the research-driven design strategy for a healthcare delivery and member data analytics product and delivered HTML prototypes. Conducted usability testing with 20+ clients and pioneered a Sketch and Zeplin design system for seamless design-developer hand-off.

Launched a digital COVID pre-screening tool (iOS) for patients, clinicians, and governments in underserved countries that improves accessibility of healthcare, for the Stanford COVID-19 Response Innovation Lab. Drove global strategy for data donation experience by conducting user interviews and usability testing with healthcare workers and patients in Brazil and Peru.

Led a team of design strategists and an engineer through a semester-long civic research and design project, in partnership with the City of Boston Mayor’s Office of New Urban Mechanics. Created a website prototype and service blueprint that supports Boston Public School students in taking civic action in their communities.

Redesigned PVH.com to strengthen the digital positioning of the global $10B fashion brand and improve content discoverability. Presented my work to c-suite partners and evangelized design best practices internally.

Designed the service blueprint for an alumni program for Gaining Independence for Tomorrow (GIFT), a non-profit, trauma-informed, intensive life coaching program for young girls in Boston. Delivered a custom Salesforce tool to improve personalization, confidentiality, and efficiency, of support. Created user research guides, journey maps, personas, and rapid prototypes.

Drove product strategy for Colgate’s entry into the smart electric toothbrush market by conducting remote user interviews and moderating focus groups.

Designed and steered product strategy for a direct mail marketing campaign automation tool and built Kleermail's first design system.

Facilitated 35 internal design thinking workshops for 1240+ employees and led in-person remote user research, usability testing, and card-sorting workshops with global teams. Coordinated fintech showcase event for 200+ attendees and 15+ startups.
