I am working on getting AI into every part of our product focusing on use cases for GTM teams.

I led the development of and built out our presentation tool now used by 23% of Mural Creators.

Previously worked on our Workflows & Integrations team.

I built many integration with Microsoft Co-Pilot, Webex, Google Meet, and Jira.

Built the Gmail and Calendar integrations and refactored the Docs and Slides integrations used by over 5,000 people.

Reduced tech debt in the G-Suite integrations by creating a common authentication flow, proactively fixing 4 security vulnerabilities, implementing 6 accessibility improvements, and removing over 1,000 repetitive lines of code.

Worked cross-functionally to help deliver a storage solution for third party images in Zoom. Set up testing-rig in Zoom went from less than 10% coverage over 70% testing coverage.

Created and ran an event for 25 female directors, VPs, and CIOs resulting in 8 calls with the sales team.

Helped develop and participate in the newly implemented on-call rotation solving an average of 2 customer bugs and answering an average 12 questions a week .

Implemented a process for fixing user issues in Jira by creating a DataDog dashboard, setting up alerts when our error budget was exceeded, and writing automated tests for our top 3 failing endpoints.

Infrastructure — Software Engineer

Implemented Smart WAN Selection (SWANS 2.0), which automated the process for enterprise-wide WAN interface changeover whenever the LTE signal was not sufficient to support the environment.

Wrote proposals and received funding for Cradlepoint’s advanced licenses to implement SWANS 2.0 in 97 stores.

Collected real-time metrics with Python to enable automation for the following: CPU, memory, uptime, throughput, WAN info, NHRP, BGP, GRE, IPSEC VPN, and Netcloud.

Set up the CradlePoint-Artifactory-Grafana pipeline with Docker.

Helped with the access point installation at one of Target’s 2 data centers and the installation of a CradlePoint at the Target in Lakeville.

Assets Protection — Software Engineer

Work with NodeJS, React, Python, PostgreSQL, and Kafka.

Designed and implemented an email automation system to get manager approval when a user requests access to a new camera.

Data Proliferation: Worked with Kafka to ensure the role based access control data integrity, and data flow across all Trueye locations.

API endpoints: Implemented get, post, put, and delete endpoints for RBAC that manages who has access to specific Target cameras.

Designed and implemented a distributed system that manages who has access to specific Target cameras.

Wrote scripts for the RBAC database to migrate all relevant data.

Kiosk —Software Engineering Intern

Worked on kiosks in Target’s headquarters, distribution centers, and stores that monitored who was in the building.

Prepare to Launch: A monthly STEM conference to teach high school students the must-have skills to enter into a STEM career. Reached over 10,000 high school students.
