Collaborated with multiple teams including product, research, UX writing, marketing, and dev to align on the vision of the feature, and successful implementation. Supported the dev team throughout the development and QA. Was deeply involved in QA to assure the consistency of the implementation with the design mocks. ### Product Designer @ GetHired, Inc. Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | Palo Alto, CA • Responsible for an end-to-end design process of new features, where I solve user experience and engagement issues across 4 product verticals (SaaS). My design process starts with research, where I put to analysis discovered user’s pain points. Coming to a hypothesis I start wireframing, often bouncing ideas off of product managers. 
This leads to a series of iterations, usability testing and creation of pixel-perfect mockups and assets for engineers. • Contributing to spotting UI and UX bugs and take ownership filing bugs (Jira) and following them through. • Designed flows for various platforms- web, mobile (iOS and Android, following principles of Human Interface and Material Design) and tablet. • Contributed to a library of UI components, including iconography, and illustrations, matching the established visual style. ### Visual Designer @ CIKANA San Francisco Jan 2017 – Jan 2019 | Cupertino, CA I held a role as a visual designer at CIKANA San Francisco where I was responsible for the product design and marketing collateral design for all the company's events. My role consisted of interpreting original art into digital assets using Adobe CC and creating 3D mockups of the finished product using Marvelous Designer. ### Product Designer (UX/UI) @ Quirktastic Jan 2018 – Jan 2018 | San Francisco Bay Area Was faced with a challenge of redesigning the current website to accommodate to new business goals. The problem that occurred was that the current state of the website and the fact that it couldn't satisfy the new business goals. I've conducted a user research using surveys, interviews and contextual inquiry methods. Using the found insights created a content strategy that successfully implemented in the design. The scope of the main project was to recreate existed designs from motion picture Harry Potter and come up with new designs according to the customer brief. Most of the deliverables were done in Adobe CC in a very short time, under a lot of pressure. I was also responsible for printing and installation of some of the work. All deliverables were done and installed on time resulting in a large scale party for one of the top Bay Area companies. ### Graphic Designer @ Pacific Art League of Palo Alto Jan 2017 – Jan 2017 | Palo Alto, CA I was contracted to work with Pacific Art League on their branding redesign. I changed the color scheme, brand fonts, and the logo design. Everything was approved by the NPO's committee and was implemented immediately. ### Graphic Designer @ The Natural Mattress Store Jan 2016 – Jan 2016 | Palo Alto, CA I was commissioned to work on the illustrations of the mattresses and the inner mattress constructions.
