On the IP wholesale side​, my job was to configure dial plan, call routing , trunk​ establishment​​ and perform the interoperability test between the switches with clients.​ ​Also, ​to ​manage​ rate lists, monitor​ IP ​traffic, remove faulty routes, research traffic pattern, ​cost and revenue and do the necessary to maintain a smooth operation. 

On the IP-PBX side, ​I was responsible for configuring SIP accounts​, assigning DIDs, auto and manual provisioning​ ​IP phones (Cisco, Polycom, Snom, Yealink etc.), setting up ​custom call ​features ​based on demands.​​ ​In addition, I provided technical support to clients with related issues ​like ​call transfer, conference call, one way audio, ​poor​ quality etc.
