Jan 2017 – Jan 2022 Lead projects strategizing, defining and designing for point of sales solutions for SMBs, their customers, and Enterprises on Web, Android & iOS devices. Primary focus on building business management tools for a SMB merchants. My role as an interaction/interface designer included taking care of all aspects of user centered design starting from the User Research and holding ethnographic studies, to brainstorming and conceptualization and building actual prototypes to conduct usability studies.
