* Engineered an omni-channel call and chat analytics pipeline using Google Conversational Insights, processing ~20K daily call recordings with automated transcription, summarization, and structured AI insight extraction.

* Designed and delivered an event-driven HTTP webhook using Cloud Run, API Gateway, Pub/Sub and Eventarc and demonstrated a 65% reduction to operational time.
