Collaborated with developers, managers, and marketers to analyze CRM data, increasing user retention. Integrated agile methodologies in strategy execution, developing and testing wireframes, leading to data-driven enhancements and boosting user engagement. ### UX Intern @ Innova Solutions Jan 2025 – Jan 2025 | United States Did some cool stuff under NDA :) ### Founding Designer @ Peepul Tree Jan 2022 – Jan 2023 Joined Peepultree during the initial stage Seed Funding round led by Elevar Equity I led the design efforts as the Solo Designer for Peepultree's consumer facing platform. Work: 1. Peepultree Business - This saw a complete revamp from headless e-commerce website with custom front end and Shopify backend. This consisted of multiple iterations and working seamlessly with stakeholders & developers. 2.Coordinating w/ Product manager, looked into tools like Google Analytics and Smartlook to track user behaviour and gather insights in order to reduce cliffs in the funnels. 3.Responsible for designing the user journey and strategy for the second vertical, Live History India . ### User Interface Designer @ goGLOCAL Jan 2022 – Jan 2022 1. Led a team of research for specific business domains in a specific region to suggest to clients the changes required to launch in the international market. 2. Led the entire end to end redesign and managed implementation to build admin panel for internal users and consumer facing SAAS platform with modules like onboarding, HSN, Money conversation etc. 3.
