• Collaborated cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product across Service Cloud, Data Cloud, and Digital Experiences to identify product requirements for a new self-service feature.
• Conducted 7 customer interviews to identify customer needs and pain points in the self-service space, then synthesized findings.
• Led scrum team of 8 engineers through the release planning and feature design stages of product development.
• Identified, reached out to, and onboarded multiple customers onto the pilot of a new GPT feature to obtain feedback and iterate.
• Gave a presentation to align stakeholders, up to the Senior Vice President level, on the self-service product roadmap and our vision for the future of self-service.

• Identified lack of documentation as a critical problem for the company—created a wiki page on the Github repository to help guide other engineers through processes like local database configuration and recompiling static files.
• Implemented dark mode for Django web app; wrote pipeline to save a user’s dark mode preferences to the database via REST APIs and retrieve a user’s preferences to display the correct light/dark mode for each webpage.
• Designed and deployed waitlist form for new users to sign up for the product, integrated with AWS S3 and DynamoDB backend.
• Redesigned the landing page to feature an interactive graphic, leading to increased user engagement.

• Determined the best approach in order to streamline the Battle.net SDK integration process with game teams at Blizzard; specifically, aimed to reduce the time engineers need to spend debugging, learning, and implementing the build configuration tool Premake.
• Interviewed developers from 7 game teams and 3 Battle.net teams across Activision Blizzard in order to identify their most common pain points.
• Determined what features and architectural changes are necessary for Battle.net’s Commerce SDK to offer console support; this will ultimately reduce the time and effort it takes for game developers at Blizzard to integrate ecommerce into their games.
• Analyzed competitors’ implementations of Console SDKs and what features they support.
• Collaborated with both engineers and product managers across the Checkout, Payments, Catalog, Entitlements, Diablo IV, and Overwatch 2 teams at Blizzard in order to specify product requirements, features and design, and security concerns for a Console SDK.
