• Led the end to end design of a big scale SaaS product Clover Dining, a software that was designed and built from the ground up for full-service restaurants: already processing close to $100M six months after launch
• Led the end to end design of Rapid Deposit, a financial services product at Clover that is already processing $1M one month after a closed Beta
• Collaborated with product and involve engineering teams early in the process via design studios, discovery research, and hosting future-focused design weekly meetings
• Fostered design thinking and do by influencing: build the merchant centric culture at Clover by talking to 100+ merchants, 1000+ hours of interviews, user testing and site visits, and sharing insightful feedback to Product & Engineering teams

• Led the Payment team’s design initiative to increase in-app adoption of Owner/Vendor e-Check feature by working with dev team on story mapping, mob design, proto persona building, prototyping, and design studio, bringing a 40.9% feature conversion
• Increased the tenant portal adoption conversion rate from 16% to 49% by conducting A/B and multivariate testing on email communications, which resulted in the wider online payment adoption and higher ARPT (average revenue per tenant) generated from the tenant portal
• Led the responsive redesign of the Owner Portal, and add the content-rich features such as sharing inspection reports and owner contributions to promote owner engagement

• One of the major designers working on a special Labs project: NVIDIA’s first mobile gaming device SHIELD, from product discovery to market fruition: rated as the “best mobile gaming console in 2013” by TechCrunch
• Define NVIDIA normalized controller mapping; profile Android OS, apps, and games to better work with the game console to enhance the gamer experience on mobile platforms
• Lead the UX design for the open source Miracast wireless display technology, making game playing and movie watching on the TV from Android devices possible

• Led lynda.com(now LinkedIn Learning)’s e-Commerce redesign initiative and re-create member acquisition experience through visual refreshment, interaction design enhancements, and prototype user testing
• Led the user experience design for lynda.com’s iPhone and iPad apps, work closely with Engineering from ideation to product launch, bringing in over 120,000 App Store downloads as of September 2011
• Architectured and designed for lynda.com’s mobile site, bringing users learning on the go across mobile platforms: iPhone, Android, BlackBerry, and Windows Mobile; lead and product manage the site alpha and beta launches
• Product managed and designed the lynda.com Microsoft Office Ribbon Plug-in and support lyndaEnterprise and Sales initiatives
• Architectured and designed the author portal, a one-stop portal for lynda.com’s potential and existing authors to view online royalty statements and the author handbook
• Led the user research initiatives, set up the first usability environment, and brought in user research awareness and user-centered design process to the work culture.
