Collaboration with early-stage startups, contributions include building TrueNorth Freight's first app, developing Germ 2.0 along with its first design system, and rethinking TukTuk rental's customer onboarding. This work involved a six-week immersion in Sri Lanka to gain insights and optimize user experiences.

Led design for mission-critical internal operations platform used daily by technical program managers, strategic sourcing teams, quality control, and customer service across global manufacturing operations. Shipped 50+ products and features that replaced legacy spreadsheets and manual processes with reliable, trustworthy tools. 

Key projects:
Order Milestones tracking: Replaced stoplight spreadsheet with visual tracking dashboard that became the single source of truth for order status across teams, eliminating constant context-switching.

Automated scheduling system: Designed and launched auto-scheduling across US, Mexico, and China and India operations.

Manufacturing Partner tools: Designed part analysis, job board, and DFM analysis systems connecting internal teams with external suppliers

Mach9 develops software that converts complex reality capture data into high-precision 3D maps, helping teams model, analyze, and understand the physical world with greater speed and accuracy.

As the first product designer, I established Mach9’s design foundation from the ground up. I built a scalable, future-proof design system and implemented core components in Cursor and Storybook to support rapid development. I also led a complete UX redesign of the platform, introducing a new CAD-style toolbar paradigm and rethinking the layer system to align with real-world user data workflows. The result was a unified, modern interface that improved usability, visual coherence, and engineering efficiency across the product.
