• Reporting to the CEO, direct four Logistics Managers to enforce safety, efficiency and quality standards, and lead a department consisting of 28 employees across three sub-departments (Operations, Delivery, Warehouse).
• Led the company-wide move to 3rd Party Logistics for raw material inventory & FTL finished goods transportation.
• Reduced monthly department expenditures by over 40% through process optimization, data analysis, and lease & contract renegotiations.
• Managed Oracle Netsuite ERP Inventory system, establishing controls for the safe and efficient organization, distribution, storage, and record keeping of raw materials, finished goods, merchandise, and assets, improving inventory shrinkage to less than 1%.
• Developed detailed, automated data reporting to support employee safety, ensure industry compliance, achieve operational efficiency and right-sizing of teams.
• Owned all logistics for incoming production materials and the movement of finished goods to distributors & partners.
• Led operational development and rollout of Fort Point Direct (1-hr delivery within San Francisco, next day delivery in CA).
• Brought four new premium beer labels to market in 2020: Cool, Sfizio, Strawberry Darling, Dipper.
