Part of multiple teams that built internal tools for Course Architects and Customer Service. These internal tooling initiatives allowed:
•Course Architects to launch content twice as fast
•Customer Service Representatives and Managers to manage B2B feature access on the platform
•Customer Service to have access to in depth B2B reporting and analysis for student and business engagement
These enterprise applications were developed using React and Angular on the frontend and GraphQL and AWS Serverless technologies on the backend. These tools continue to be the foundation for ACG providing professional online technical education with hands-on learning experiences for students. Core responsibilities include implementing and maintaining frontend and backend features, mentoring and collaborating with colleagues, and writing and maintaining unit and end-to-end tests.
