I delivered a new system automation experience that focused on ease of use to lower the bar of entry for non-power users. Additionally, I have spent much of my time improving on a core piece of functionality that automates sales workflow to reduce overhead and improve efficiency so sales reps can focus their time on selling. ### Product Design Manager @ TripActions Jan 2020 – Jan 2021 | San Francisco Bay Area On the bookings experience team, I am working on and implementing processes, giving guidance, and leading design efforts. I work closely with product management, engineering, and fellow designers to create full end to end experiences for business travelers as well as ensuring that the design team is fully supported. ### Senior Product Designer, TripActions @ TripActions Jan 2020 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco Bay Area As part of the design team at TripActions, I have been able to work on end-to-end solutions for the business traveler. When part of the Liquid team, I worked with other designers on creating a seamless travel credit card experience to lessen some of the pains of traveling for work. After a few months, I transitioned to being the design owner of the flight booking experience. I work closely with product management and engineering to identify ways to improve clarity and ease of use to help travelers feel more confident in their flight choices. ### Design Lead @ Zipongo - Eating Well Made Simple Jan 2019 – Jan 2020 | San Francisco Bay Area As Design Lead, I guide each project from ideation to implementation, closely collaborating with engineering, marketing, and leadership. In addition to all UX, UI, and research, I help create the user stories and journeys for current business strategies. ### Senior Product Designer @ Zipongo - Eating Well Made Simple Jan 2018 – Jan 2019 As senior designer at Zipongo, my roles has been to become a leader and advocate for design and our user experience. While still an individual contributor, I have also been branching into mentorship and creating stronger interactions with our engineering, marketing, and leadership teams. My work going forward will be focused on connecting with users with chronic conditions and creating programs to ensure lasting benefits. ### Product Designer @ Zipongo - Eating Well Made Simple Jan 2017 – Jan 2018 For the majority of my time at Zipongo, I have been the single designer working to completely reimagine the mobile experience, for both Android and iOS, as well as pieces of our web application. A nutrition platform, Zipongo is working to change the way chronic conditions are treated and a majority of my work has been focused on creating these systems to help people change their habits for the better. From user research to prototyping to evaluative testing, I have been able to touch each part of the user's journey through Zipongo. My main projects have included: - A meal planning experience that allows to flexibility to naturally fit into a user's life - Guidance for how to eat healthiest when out with family and friends - A wholistic program to encourage better and lasting healthy habits in a new homepage experience - A design system for our mobile platforms And any more. Jan 2016 – Jan 2017 | San Francisco Bay Area As the solo designer at ToutApp, my job was to first and foremost assist in the transformation of the product end to end from a UI and UX perspective. I integrated fully with the engineering and product management team to produce new user functionality into the product. The work was showcased at the announcement that we had been acquired by Marketo - an automated marketing software.
