⇒ Pioneered the design of themes settings on mobile, drawing inspiration from the vibrant spectrum of the rainbow to enrich the visual appeal and user experience of an essential utility app.
⇒ Conceptualized and implemented the Smart Reply feature, which was seamlessly integrated into the message list across all platforms (iOS, Android, & Desktop); provided users with contextual cues based on past interactions.
