Working closely with development to ensure parity between design components (Figma) and development (React - documented in Storybook)

Leading cross-functional user story mapping sessions to document the end-to-end experience for new products and features

Defining and documenting design process & workflows

Designing the end-to-end experience across a suite of Land Administration apps

Native Android application for Enumerators -- allows for the input and secure upload of Owner information into the Land Administration System for Systematic Land Titling.

Web Console for government officials to approve titling records en-masse, streamlining the current workflow, and significantly improving productivity.

I work with an incredibly talented team including, product managers, blockchain developers, GIS Analysts, land and poverty subject matter experts, and foreign government liaisons, to create products that leverage blockchain to support land governance, titling, and administration with a secure public record of land ownership.

I was part of a product design duo that supported the UX team (~25 product designers), working to close the gap between Design & Engineering.

Highlights -

led the effort to streamline the design tools from 3 to 1

migrating existing Sketch Library to Figma

worked with limited development resources to get a minimum viable design system up for the FED team (components that passed code coverage and documentation on how to use them)

gathered input from the team to create guidelines that had sound reasoning behind them

would sanity check ideas with a patient Principal Designer

I worked across teams and departments to create the best experience for the end user. Starting as a Product Designer in the Marketing department then moving into Supplier Oasis, Overstock's B2B product that is the single point of entry for getting products onto the site.

Work with key stakeholders to completely redesign the landing page (after login) into an informative and actionable Dashboard, taking into account any technical constraints.

Collaborate with Partners (external) and Buyers (internal) to improve communication within the system.

Marketing

Create Holiday 'Style Quiz' to help customers discover products by selecting their preferred images (launch was a success (2017), is being implemented for 2018)

Produce promotional assets and page templates.
