Executing end to end product development with a strong focus on design engineering, manufacturing systems, and program execution, bridging concept, engineering, and production to deliver scalable, high quality products.
• Lead full product development lifecycle from concept through production, including requirements definition, design engineering, prototyping, validation, and production ramp
• Translate industrial design into robust engineering solutions, applying DFM/DFA principles across materials, geometry, and process constraints
• Own engineering development of products and components, including CAD iterations, slicer iterations, tolerance strategy, material selection, and performance validation
• Drive prototyping and testing cycles, leveraging rapid iteration to validate form, fit, function, and manufacturability
• Develop and optimize manufacturing processes (additive + finishing), improving yield, consistency, and throughput
• Resolve live manufacturing and product issues in production, leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions across design, materials, and process workflows
• Act as a technical escalation point for production, diagnosing failures, quality defects, and variability to ensure minimal disruption to output
• Manage cross functional programs across Design, Engineering, and Manufacturing, aligning stakeholders on scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Own program execution including planning, prioritization, risk management, and dependency tracking to ensure on time product delivery
• Act as the bridge between product development, sales, and production, ensuring alignment from concept through scalable manufacturing and successful product delivery
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across product performance, manufacturing efficiency, and quality systems
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to implement new materials, processes, and product innovations
