For the research of human brain development, I currently develop scripts with the use of python, bash and regex to retrieve genetic information. The lab is working closely with VCF files, SeatleSeq Annotations, and a fairly extensive genetic database containing patient’s variant, isoform, and genetic information. Also a front-end design for python scripts for the general use of the lab.
