### Product Designer @ Vertafore

- Design flow and layout for new and existing features, focusing on the AMS360 product
- Discuss needs and goals of features and their operation logic with Product Owners
- Conduct research including user interviews and usability testing, for concept validation 
- Organize design workshops for internal teams to collaborate in person (day to day work is primarily remote)
- Create reusable, scalable visual design assets that fit into a pattern library and are consumable by developers and engineers

### UX Designer @ VMLY&R
Jan 2021 – Jan 2021
- Redesigned sites for major companies of Sherwin-Williams (Minwax, Purdy, Krylon, Cabot, Thompson's WaterSeal), focusing on flow and story through page layout 
- Worked alongside UI designer, strategists, copywriter, and dev
- Reviewed and responded to client feedback, while making corresponding iterations 
- Presented to teams outside of the design team and to clients

### UX Design Intern @ LifeSite

- Designed flow and interface of new feature, including homepage widget and overall feature’s function
- Tours (onboarding feature of the LifeSite product)
- Wrote knowledge base articles for upcoming release
- Ensured consistency between email notifications, in-app notifications, and growl notifications

### UX Design Intern @ LifeSite

- Created and iterated new feature in application’s messaging function with LifeSite design lead
- Produced click-through prototypes using InVision
- Conducted QA for both mobile and web applications
- Contributed to web application flow by discussing app’s copy to ensure clarity for users
- Conducted competitor analysis of other Alexa apps also dealing with users’ private information
