Collaborating closely with engineers and the CTO, I ensured that our design approach aligned with the company's vision and technological advancements.

My role is pivotal in sculpting a comprehensive strategy that serves as the bedrock of our design system foundation. This responsibility extends to aligning design challenges with our strategic roadmap, prioritizing them in alignment with organizational goals, and actively supporting a unified visual design language that resonates with our brand's identity. I also focus on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and human factors to enhance usability, and adapt to environmental dynamics to ensure a coherent user experience across multiple product endpoints.

I successfully grew my team of designers from 3 to 10 within a year, including various specializations such as product designer, system designer, design technologists, and accessibility designers. I also promoted leaders within the team. In partnership with engineers and product teams, we created design services that improved automation, personalization and scalability by implementing a composable and scalable UI infrastructure.

I led user experience design for PayPal's largest revenue-generating product, Online Checkout, with a team of product designers, content writers, and user researchers. I built and designed features for an easy, consistent, and secure online payment experience that serves millions of daily users across North America, Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia Pacific regions. I drove the launch of features for PayPal Online Payment, enabling a best-in-class buyer experience for guests and members. As the product design lead, I defined strategy and requirements, prioritized features, and drove cross-team collaboration with multi-functional and multi-disciplinary teams.
