Inter-server communication was socket-based. • Developed a server-side component which interacted with the airline computer reservations system (which is also used by live travel agents to perform manual flight bookings) in order to perform actual flight bookings. • Maintained close contact with internal marketing, sales teams, external suppliers such as Computer Reservation System representatives, and alpha and beta product test sites for purposes of requirements gathering. • Hands-on managed product installation, customization and configuration at customer sites. • Conducted alpha and beta product tests with close collaboration and cooperation of customers. ### Software Engineer/Project Manager @ Twin Sun, Inc.
