Highlights:

The content asset management and theatrical venue metadata products I managed contributed to a record-high of $5B+ in 2024 box office sales.

I learned what enabling real-time delivery of media assets at scale entails and how to prioritize engineering and product resources accordingly. I pioneered an internal box office opening weekend report and implemented enhancements to streamline the localization/version set up flow, reducing time spent in one of the key workflows by 48%.

I also managed a system consolidation initiative that brought big data (~30,000 objects and associated info) to the theatrical venue data management product I managed.

We built and launched a functional application with user authentication, messaging, notification, and task management capabilities in just under three months. I sourced prospective customers and onboarded users in the government and education sectors leveraging CX insights.

I discovered and validated a need in the community and nonprofit space (with promising potential in the private market as well) for more structured mentorship program facilitation. I worked with an amazing team of engineers and UX designers on this 0 to 1 product build-out and launch. I learned that cold-outreach and other outbound sales efforts can be really fun when you’re building something with hints of product market fit.

I developed and delivered (getting feedback along the way) a few dashboards and reporting tools for the leadership team of the pillar I interned with. The goal was to create a visual tool to enable insight into the current cap-ex projects and some in the pipeline adding both additional data that was not previously easily accessible and creating reporting tools.

I embedded Human-Centered Design principles into product discovery across five ecosystems, boosting usability and assisting our team in prioritizing different opportunities and feedback that was received.
