• Brought much of our AWS infrastructure into version control by introducing Terraform to our stack and writing utilities to
facilitate easier management of our services and our cloud resources.
• Improved the speed and reliability of our release process by adding safety checks into our Circle CI workflows and introducing
build artifacts to our backend release process.
• Improved the observability and maintainability of our Zookeeper and Kafka clusters by adding instrumentation and writing
documentation. I created client code in our application and promoted best practices for using these services.
