Reports to: Art Director

The Senior Graphic Designer’s primary responsibility is to design books, covers, products and marketing material while adhering to company brand and profitability standards. The Senior Designer works closely with the business development manager, purchasing manager, art director, book or product team and authors while adhering to company brand and profitability standards. Once the book or product is developed, she presents the proposal to the executive committee and author if applicable.

The Product Designer’s primary responsibility is to design and develop products. Works closely with the business development manager, purchasing manager and art director while adhering to company brand and profitability standards.

The Graphic Designer’s primary responsibility is to design books, ancillary products, and marketing material while adhering to company brand and profitability standards.
