• Built and designed various components of Global workforce management and EOR services. These include an HRIS management system for global employees, an internal EOR admin management portal, access and approval management, and integration of global employee data with various Rippling products.
• Built and designed various components of the first tech-savvy PEO with an easy transition from Rippling PEO to Rippling Main and vice-versa
• Built an internal system to automate different USA state-based compliance requirements for PEO, which has reduced the manual workforce required for PEO Operations
• Worked on Insurance renewals through which around ~300 PEO customers went through Open enrollment together without any hassle
• Modified pre-built Rippling COBRA product to support COBRA for the PEO customer after they transition out of PEO
