My work consists of a comprehensive redesign to improve usability and design implementation to modernize Vanguard's B2B/B2C products for web and mobile using the in-house design system, Constellation. Helping to develop scalable design system frameworks to meet global internal and external customer needs for Vanguard's retirement products.

Bowery Valuation is the world’s first truly tech-enabled commercial appraisal firm. Worked with the creative team to build the next-generation platform to transform the commercial real estate valuation process. Designing for in-house expert appraisers to simplify complex, data-intensive analyses, and delivering high-quality insight for clients. Meanwhile working in product design I worked alongside Marketing helping create brand assets.

Provided interactive website and graphic design services for multiple clients. Designed websites, assisted with visual asset production, UI design, and provided brand strategy.

As a designer in the EBizCharge creative team, my primary responsibilities included UX/UI design, brand design, strategy, project management, and client interaction. While at the company I also helped lead the design system of their flagship products.

Designed, prepared, and conducted research workshops with internal and external stakeholders and collaborated with product managers. Worked with developers closely to launch multiple integrated payment software products with QuickBooks, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Sage Intacct.
