Designed a collaboration platform for teams at Fortune 500 companies to manage, model, and analyze big data to drive business strategy.

Worked with leadership to define the direction and vision for the product experience, collaborate with software engineers and developers to ship product, and sync with researchers to conduct generative design research and usability testing.

At Nio, I was part of an interdisciplinary innovation design team focused on creating experimental, blue sky products for the future of mobility.

My role involved:

Managing and executing the design of a product - from inception through development

Conducting research to identify opportunities - turning findings into actionable design briefs

Synthesizing insights to: design and prototype proof-of-concept solutions.

Exploring applications of emerging technologies which drive new models of user interaction.

As the first product designer at Rivian, I worked closely with business strategists, engineers, and C-level executives to define the vision and product experience of the future of vehicle ownership. I led research and design workshops with in-house teams and external consultants to identify and implement strategic design directions.

To begin shaping these directions, I conducted in-field, qualitative design research to identify unmet user needs and latent opportunities for innovation. I also set outlines, objectives, and success metrics for UX related design activities.
