With the departure of our CEO I've taken on a leadership role with a mixed set of responsibilities (switched to the dark side?). Namely, project planning, securing revenue streams via organic sales and onboarding legacy customers to the new platform, delegation and project management w/ the engineering team, collecting product feedback from existing customers, marketing automation, vetting / interviewing new hires and implementing customer support / outreach workflows. All while continuing preexisting responsibilities around PR review, firefighting, and contributing to the codebase (primarily bugfixes) on an ad-hoc basis.
