As part of S&P Global's Innovation Lab, I design AI agentic features that unlock insights for worldwide and personal financial decisions

I designed end-to-end digital experiences so that Americans can get more equitable access to home ownership. As the first design hire, I worked on software features for external customers, internal teams, and third party businesses.

This role taught me how to assemble a design system and champion AI driven processes that lead to faster dev time and simpler PM collaboration.

Designed and launched an AI mental health app focused on helping users develop a ritual for journaling which uses LLMs to ask users guiding questions back for deeper self reflection.

This role taught me how to go from 0→0.5 and the tradeoffs Product teams need to make to go from 0.5→1

I designed genAI tooling to help people create more engaging dating profiles and find their own voices in Direct Messaging. Features I've designed have been used by 300k+ users and have been covered by NPR, WSJ, and the Washington Post

This role taught me how to build magical experiences with LLMs that keep people coming back for more.
