•Lead and follow design projects beyond the scope of the immediate roadmap, working with other stakeholders to identify and validate user problems and work towards durable solutions.
•Collaborate with the Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to drive product release.
•Produce design assets that include user flows, wireframes, design prototypes, and design specifications.
•Translate information and insights into design experiments, solutions, and artifacts like diagrams and information architecture.
•Understand qualitative and quantitative research data, business goals, and requirements, and translate them into functional designs.
•Brainstorm and collaborate to develop new features.
•Conduct design QA and acceptance testing for product releases.
•Build and create the space for others to collaborate.
