I am defining Crescita's product strategy — identifying the right customer segment, analyzing and differentiating against the competitors, and shaping the investor story. This product work aides to translate the long-term vision into the right MVP. I am working with engineering to scope, size, and bring it all to life.

• Managing a small team of designers, we completed a revamp of the two major SPAN apps with thorough research, segmentation, and usability testing.

• For each tool we created future visions to inspire the direction of our product.

• I created a new design system across the suite of SPAN mobile and web tools to streamline development time.

· Shifting a “build to learn” mindset to be user-centric by using more Pendo surveys, opportunity trees, and clearer problem framing to save dev time.

· Facilitated several vision workshops to shape squad missions, user JTBD, and roadmaps.

· Implemented new meeting cadences and sprint rituals for high efficiency and collaboration.

• I hired a team of 13 people (managers, designers, researchers) across the Sonder hospitality ecosystem (booking website, guest-facing mobile app, and internal operational tools).

• Successfully navigated a move of the product design team to under the technology org. Once there, I helped to shape the technology org’s OKRs and developed new design and research charters.

• To streamline quarterly planning, I pushed for clearer problem statements, success measures, and impact prioritization through better brief writing.

• I pushed for more space to be able to create visions and longer term roadmaps through workshops.

• I developed on-boarding processes, career leveling guides, hiring guides and scorecards.
