As the program manager for accessibility, I was charged by our Deputy Head of Legal to define, build out, and scale the company’s first accessibility and inclusive design program. Much of my work focused on improving the bank’s data collection and reporting processes, introducing executive dashboards, and championing data-driven decision-making. During my tenure, I led the organization to achieve compliance with WCAG, understand and effectively implement WCAG 2.0, and create an automated consumer complaint-tracking system.
