Design Lead for Translation and Natural Language Processing. Partner with 2 engineering teams to deliver innovative features and services for 2.5M+ global creators.

Led a team of 3 senior designers to deliver 12 Network SDK Tools for the PlayStation 5 launch. These tools allow game developers to manage, modify, and publish content for their game's exclusive PS5 features such as activities, challenges, game help, trophies, matchmaking, leaderboards, and cloud storage.
Crafted the UX strategy for PlayStation's Network SDK Tools, partnered with product management and engineering teams to create roadmaps and prioritize work for 7 major SDK releases for PS5.
Pitched to leadership for additional staffing, resulting in 1 FTE, 2 contractors, and an intern. Oversaw onboarding, assigned project roles, implemented team processes, conducted design reviews, and led weekly team meetings.
Launched PlayStation's Game Data Platform tooling. Shaped the long-term UX vision and drove collaboration with 3 engineering teams in Los Angeles, Tokyo, and London to deliver complex workflows for 30,000+ developers worldwide.
Redesigned PlayStation's Trophy tooling. Completed UX research, redesigned information architecture, improved workflows, and delivered design artifacts.

Led the UX design of an agile development team for Crate and Barrel eCommerce. Partnered with software engineers, product managers, and designers to launch 15 new features and 4 visualization tools for the website and in-store experiences.
Designed an interactive tool for customers and store associates to configure sectional sofas. Increased revenue per visit by 201%, conversion rate by 150%, and average order value by 21%. Resulted in $xx million in new monthly sales.
Designed an in-store digital tool to help customers shop the CB2 rug collection. Coded a prototype to launch a 3 month beta using JavaScript w/ REST APIs.
Acted as our team's go-to person for prototyping, where I produced 10 prototypes and presented animations to stakeholders to communicate complex interactions.
Conducted over 25 generative and evaluative research studies, using quantitative and qualitative methods to identify problems, explore opportunity spaces, and inform design decisions.

As a graduate student assistant, delivered 10 initiatives in research, design and programming to support Indiana University’s largest minority scholarship program, the Hudson and Holland Scholar's Program.
Led the redesign of the Hudson and Holland Scholarship Program's website. Coded the website in HTML, CSS, and JS after conducting user research to identify needs.
Designed a SharePoint site for students to submit administrative forms and keep track of scholarship requirements. Produced wireframes and ran usability tests.
Transformed the identity of the Hudson and Holland Scholarship Program by producing nationally recognized assets (web pages, brochures, banners, etc). Received praise from University Marketing officials.
Programmed a self-service check-in kiosk for student advisor appointments using PHP, which reduced the amount of time students waited for advisor appointments by 50%.
Fremont, California
Improved the user experience of a new product - “ZeroTouch,” by engaging in various user-centered design activities and collaborating within a small startup team.
Redesigned and launched several flows for the onboarding process of the ZeroTouch app.
Created and ran user tests with customers, synthesized large amounts of data, documented research insights, and presented recommendations to key stakeholders.
Created a driving simulator to demonstrate the capabilities of our product in context, as well as to conduct user testing.
