Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
• Own and manage a portfolio of client relationships.
• Act as a strategic partner to clients, understanding their business goals and staffing needs.
• Provide tailored solutions to meet client objectives.
Sales & Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within my market. (I rank in the top 1% of LinkedIn's Social Selling Index amongst my network and industry.)
• Develop and present presentations to potential clients.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
Collaboration & Strategy:
• Work closely with internal teams, including recruiters, to deliver exceptional service.
• Stay informed on industry trends and client business developments.
• Contribute to strategic planning and market expansion efforts.
Account Management:
• Ensure client satisfaction through consistent communication and follow-up.
• Resolve issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
