šš» Hi, Iām Kevin, a Product Designer based in San Francisco, passionate about crafting intuitive and impactful experiences that drive both user satisfaction and business success.
I lead design for Envoyās core products, including Visitors, Virtual Front Desk, and Protect, with contributions to Deliveries and Analytics. Recently, Iāve focused on Virtual Front Desk, crafting a seamless visitor experience that enhances efficiency and human connection.
Past projects include COVID-19 vaccination/test result documentation, enterprise analytics, compliance and early work on Envoy Connect. I design for multi-user groups like Visitors, Admins, Security teams, and Employees, balancing usability, scalability, and accessibility.
I also lead design research and development (R&D) initiatives to explore emerging technologies, validate new product opportunities, and inform long-term product strategy.
