I’ve designed across industries—from shaping smart home security experiences at August Home to building smart office solutions at Envoy that enhance how businesses operate. I specialize in designing scalable platforms, interaction design, and systems thinking for complex workflows, with a strong foundation in brand identity, creative direction, and a touch of industrial design. I thrive in fast-paced environments, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams—spanning product, marketing, engineering (frontend, backend, firmware), and operations. I’m driven by the challenge of simplifying complexity—turning ideas into seamless, scalable solutions that make technology feel effortless. Always interested in discussing the future of product design, UX strategy, and scalable systems—let’s connect! ## Work Experience ### Senior Product Designer @ Envoy Jan 2023 – Present | San Francisco, California, United States 🚀 Design I lead design for Envoy’s core products, including Visitors, Virtual Front Desk, and Protect, with contributions to Deliveries and Analytics. Recently, I’ve focused on Virtual Front Desk, crafting a seamless visitor experience that enhances efficiency and human connection. Past projects include COVID-19 vaccination/test result documentation, enterprise analytics, compliance and early work on Envoy Connect. I design for multi-user groups like Visitors, Admins, Security teams, and Employees, balancing usability, scalability, and accessibility. I also lead design research and development (R&D) initiatives to explore emerging technologies, validate new product opportunities, and inform long-term product strategy. 🛠️ Process I help shape design processes that drive efficiency and alignment, including: • Hiring and onboarding workflows for design growth. • File management and version control to improve team workflows. • Market + User research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. • Cross-functional collaboration (XFL) for smoother handoffs from design to development. These efforts create a more agile, research-driven design process that accelerates decision-making and ensures quality. 🌱 Culture I’m passionate about building an inclusive design culture. I co-lead one of the ERGs and am an active member of another ERG committee, supporting community-building and inclusivity. I strive to foster a feedback-driven, collaborative environment, knowing that a strong design culture leads to better products and stronger teams. ### Product Designer @ Envoy Jan 2021 – Jan 2023 | San Francisco, California, United States ### Product Designer @ August Home, Inc.
