* Collaborate our graphic designer and product managers to design & build features for a high traffic Ruby on Rails social platform for small businesses.
* Design & implement framework & algorithm for suggesting connections between members to build tens of thousands of con.
* Collect, analyze & interpret data on feature usage to identify technical issues & behavior patterns using Python (pandas), Looker & Amplitude.
* Utilize past trends to inspire new features & direct current projects to best support the use-cases of our members.
* Monitor site health via CloudWatch & custom dashboards to rapidly identify, triage, resolve & learn from site issues large and small during on-call hours.
* Interview individual business to discuss personal pain points and identify opportunities for our platform to create maximum value while minimizing the impact on busy day-to-day SMB operations.
