• Led 0→1 launch of PayRange IoT platform integration, architecting an event-driven Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) stack for machine discovery, remote start, real-time telemetry, and cashless payment processing across 90K+ field machines, projected to drive $5M/month in new revenue.

• Secured Authentication and Wallet Management APIs with encrypted tokens + API keys, integrated Google Secret Manager, and refactored Express middleware & controllers to maintain secure secret access and backward compatibility. 

• Architected serverless API key management system using Firebase Realtime Database, Cloud Functions, and CryptoJS (SHA-256 hashing), implementing factory pattern for key generation, expiration/rotation, and per-partner rate-limiting.

• Designed Power Automate flows to auto-generate Salesforce Freshdesk tickets with user identifiers and support context—eliminating reliance on external mail apps, speeding up verification, and improving analytics on abandoned vs. submitted customer support requests.

• Built an Auto-Refund microservice for eligible transactions that slashed support ticket volume by ~60% and accelerated average ticket resolution time from 1-3 days to < 10 mins.

• Promoted Test-Driven Development into an existing codebase by utilizing Jest’s built-in assertion & mocking library, Enzyme’s shallow rendering, and Supertest integration testing to drive code stability, maintainability, and consistency.
