The player team at audible (Rhythm/ROCK team) improves the customer experience of Audible’s content playback across a multitude of devices and apps. It enhances how Audible delivers content around the world and builds market-leading features that enhance the immersive listening experience for Audible’s users...everywhere. It also manages the processing and synchronization of data across devices at a massive scale, in real-time. It is a mission critical backend team responsible for maintaining core infrastructure serving millions of customers. During my time on the player team I:

worked on maintaining and building new features for Audible core services that spanned from content delivery to user data management
•
was the operational excellence ambassador for policy risks relating to security and availability, and led a large project to improve existing infrastructure for some of our core services

participated in on call rotations to triage and resolve customer facing issues
The Desktop Build Group works closely with Bloomberg clients to assist them in implementing quantitative investment strategies and research using the BQNT Platform.

Worked with product manager to implement DDM<GO> dashboard using BQNT Platform (Python)

Produced webinar content that showed clients how to integrate the BQNT platform into their FX workflows

Business Intelligence Analysts are tasked with supporting product and sales teams as well as discovering opportunities for new business and revenue. This is done by leveraging big data in order to provide data-driven insights and intelligence.

As an implementation associate in the service delivery organization, I was tasked with assisting customers in technical related inquiries. My time was also spent working on projects that were integral in providing transparency into the health of our data services.

Python developer residing on the BVAL Data Architecture team. Responsibilities included developing/improving BVAL related workflows through the design and implementation of new tools and technologies.

Built an analytics tool that brought greater transparency into the quality of production pricing fields. By leveraging the Bloomberg Data Science Platform, data lake technology and python this tools looks at millions of fixed income securities to present managers and evaluators with valuable insights and reports.
