• Designing the UI/UX of several end-to-end workflows within Palantir’s core products serving the DoD

• Closely collaborating with engineering and PM to synthesize requirements and designs for complex workflows over multiple phases of development and iteration

• Developing low and high fidelity mock ups in Figma to enable new feature development and conduct user testing

• Led 0 to 1, multi-year product development efforts across multiple programs with the US government, each leading to 8+ figure contract awards

• Army TITAN program - Built the Unified Management Interface (UMI) to enable several new hardware integration-based workflows (demo in linked video from 1:50-2:50)

• Department of Veteran Affairs - Launched a suite of patient-care applications to over 2,000 MAUs to reduce veteran’s wait times for access to care

Partnered closely with Apple’s R&D teams to enable new product development in Satellite Connectivity, Health and Machine Learning

Satellite Connectivity (linked in video):

• Enabled the development of the iPhone’s satellite messaging capability launched in 2022

• Drove a comprehensive research effort of the satellite industry to inform Apple’s product strategy, including new satellite capabilities, required CapEx investment, and potential competitors

• Worked with engineering, legal, marketing and executive teams to determine and execute on the product’s technical and commercial requirements

Health:

• Enabled the development of novel health features for Apple’s future product roadmap through execution of key technology partnerships and research of emerging health and sensing technologies

Machine Learning:

• Partnered with Emily Fox, currently a professor in Machine Learning at Stanford, to develop ML Education programs that were made available to Apple’s core engineering teams
