•	Implement many tickets on the Web Layer team to achieve the goal to provide a secure and reliable global network that delivers content to Appian Cloud end users as quickly as possible.
•	Work end-to-end by drafting technical designs, driving implementation, and developing test plans on features to help transition Appian Cloud infrastructure to microservices. Received company-wide engineering value award for craftsmanship for the level of detail in my designs and testing.
•	Troubleshoot, mitigate, document, and lead postmortem meetings for incidents during on-call rotations. 
•	Served as the designated primary mentor for newcomers, including two new members of my team, a college intern, and two new Appian full-time employees rotating with my team.

   •	Investigated and fixed numerous bugs and customer issues.
   •	Participated in DRI rotations.

2) App Center (August 2019 - December 2019):
   •	Implemented front-end of new path for authentication.
   •	Helped fix back-end bugs in malware scan and mail sender services.
   •	Primarily used C# and TypeScript, in addition to light amounts of Azure.

3) Data Integration (May 2020 - July 2021):
   •	Took the lead on and drove addressing security issues for my team's services.
   •	Implemented product improvements, including improved ways of rotating certificates and providing space for more apps for subscriptions.
   •	Investigated and fixed numerous bugs.
   •	Fixed and mitigated customer issues during DRI rotations.
   •	Primarily used C#, in addition to Azure, Kusto, and light amounts of SQL and Powershell.
