Box is a cloud content management and collaboration service. My key responsibilities:

• Oversaw the usability and user experience for Box’s entire suite of products, including mobile, web, and desktop applications

• Provided strategic UX direction based on usability research, user data, and industry best practices to define project requirements and ensure implementation was up to usability standards

• Led interaction design process, creating user flows, wireframes, and clickable prototypes for over 40 features. Extensive experience with complex enterprise-level requirements and features

• Managed, coordinated, and conducted all usability research, including usability testing for all of Box’s products, surveys, as well as establishing the customer visit program at Box – field studies to observe customers using Box in their natural environment
