• Made multiple upgrades to our payments system, including a custom solution for monthly installments and 3D Secure support. Both of these resulted in significant increases in conversion rates.
• Built new API integrations, custom in-app messaging solutions, and migrated user data to change our marketing platform integration from Intercom to Braze with zero downtime.
• Built a new product, Magoosh Admissions, from the ground up, working closely with stakeholders to determine design needs and priorities.
• Worked as the sole liaison between multiple teams to determine the requirements
for a new live class scheduling system and implemented it under a tight deadline.
