Led updates involving major UI/UX upgrades and improvements, including a shift from just a voice recorder app to the official Rev app that connects with the user's Rev account and syncs files and recordings to take Rev on the go.

Led department-wide effort in creating and establishing Rev's GraphQL server to better serve our Rev mobile app and website in an API-first approach. Established the groundwork and initial schema for the server to allow other engineers to add to the graph.

Added to Rev AI API's range of languages that it can transcribe to over 30+ languages

Built Rev's first customer LLM integration in the form of a chat that answer questions about the customer's transcripts, started from an internal hackathon

Integrated LLM models like OpenAI's GPT models and Anthropic's Claude models for summarization, speaker-labeling and other tasks

Implemented an internal RTMP protocol to allow RTMP streams for Rev AI's live-streaming API. Improved and built upon the initial implementation to better serve our Rev customers, even helping land a couple of deals because of the improvements.

Created Rev's Rev AI Postman workspace and collection for developers wanting to learn, test and integrate with the Rev AI team. Has over 4K views and over 100 forks as a Postman collection. Was featured on Postman's Featured APIs list.
